In other words I am a lighthouse and I shine a light on you so you see these issues and if you can’t see then I help you see, from there if you accept the reality and acknowledge the issues so enabling the Ancestors to heal.

Honohono (Energy healing)
The Ancestors channel energy through my body guiding me to where in the body it needs to go. As I do this they show me what these issues are to help with the healing process by shining a light on them.

Rongoā Māori (Māori Medicine)
Using ancient knowledge enables me to utilise the medicinal properties of plants to help in a wide range of issues. I typically use Rongoā infused in my oils for Mirimiri (massage).

Whakamahu Awe (Soul Healing)
I use taoka puoro to heal the awe (deepest self). Through playing these instruments the energy in the form of music is sent to the heart of the client which reverberates through their body promoting healing at the deepest level.

Pūkōrero (Public Speaking)
I have developed a 2-3 hour seminar on indigenous spirituality, past, present and future. Using a Māori model I focus on where we were spiritually Pre-European, the effects of colonization on spirituality and the roles of the indigenous tribes moving into the future.
Wānaka (Education)
I am developing a series of five weekend wānaka with the kaupapa focusing on decolonisation of the mind to enable the indigenous population around the world to reconnect with their Tupuna (ancestors). so as to access the matauraka (knowledge) which is their transgenerational epigenetic inheritance enabling them to empower themselves.
